It's all OK now, and BGwhite has done a great job by wikifying the table and improving its layout. I see it as quite strange to make such a fuss about copyright. That is the way to go, and in the end there will be hardly anything be left from the Donald Byrd's eight year old table except having provided the framework for the actual table the framework which had already been modified by me introducing the separate column for the version number. Now, this table has not been updated for eight years. I have separated the product name and version into two columns. I would appreciate it if it says somewhere that the original version is by me, but if you don't want to or don't see a nice way to do that, it's okay.

Yes, I still care about this table - I think it could really be useful to people - but it's not useful now, out of date as it is, and for several reasons I don't know when I'll ever get back to it.
